I’m Monique, the owner of She Spot Sugaring Co. and a licensed Esthetician specializing in the art of sugaring, a natural method of hair removal rooted in connection, self-care, and sisterhood. After-hours appointments are available upon request and require a 50% deposit to secure the slot. Due to the custom nature of after-hours sessions, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Policy I offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments during regular business hours. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment depending on the schedule. After-hours appointments include a 5-minute grace period only. Because these sessions take place outside normal hours, arrivals beyond this window may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment with deposit retained. Thank you for honoring my time so I can continue showing up fully for each client 🤍 ⸻ Before Your Appointment: • Exfoliate 48 hrs prior • Take ibuprofen or Tylenol 30–45 mins before if needed for pain • Arrive with clean, product-free skin • Wear loose, comfy clothes (especially for Brazilians) Note: Sugaring removes hair from the root, which may cause minor pinpoint bleeding or histamine reactions, especially for first-timers. CANCELLATION POLICY
🌸 She Spot Policies & Reminders ✨ Deposits A 50% deposit is required when booking online. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. ✨ Cancellations • Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice → your deposit transfers. • Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice → your 50% deposit is forfeited. • No-call/no-show → you will be charged the remaining balance (100% of the service) and must prepay in full for future appointments. • Clients without deposits: A 50% cancellation fee (or 100% for no-shows) must be paid before rebooking. • Confirmation texts are a courtesy only — your spot is always reserved unless you properly cancel. Not confirming does not cancel your appointment. • All cancellations and reschedules must be made through the booking site to avoid fees. For true day-of emergencies, you may text (386)473-3091 — but cancellation fees still apply. ✨ Late Policy Please arrive on time.
