Before Your Appointment: โข Exfoliate 48 hrs prior โข Take ibuprofen or Tylenol 30โ45 mins before if needed for pain โข Arrive with clean, product-free skin โข Wear loose, comfy clothes (especially for Brazilians) Note: Sugaring removes hair from the root, which may cause minor pinpoint bleeding or histamine reactionsโespecially for first-timers. This typically eases within 3โ5 maintenance visits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
๐ธ She Spot Policies & Reminders โจ Deposits A 50% deposit is required when booking online. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hoursโ notice. โจ Cancellations โข Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hoursโ notice โ your deposit transfers. โข Cancel with less than 24 hoursโ notice โ your 50% deposit is forfeited. โข No-call/no-show โ you will be charged the remaining balance (100% of the service) and must prepay in full for future appointments. โข Clients without deposits: A 50% cancellation fee (or 100% for no-shows) must be paid before rebooking. โข Confirmation texts are a courtesy only โ your spot is always reserved unless you properly cancel. Not confirming does not cancel your appointment. โข All cancellations and reschedules must be made through the booking site to avoid fees. For true day-of emergencies, you may text (386)473-3091 โ but cancellation fees still apply. โจ Late Policy Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. โจ Respecting Our Time Every appointment is prepared with love and care.
