Before Your Appointment: โข Exfoliate 48 hrs prior โข Take ibuprofen or Tylenol 30โ45 mins before if needed for pain โข Arrive with clean, product-free skin โข Wear loose, comfy clothes (especially for Brazilians) Note: Sugaring removes hair from the root, which may cause minor pinpoint bleeding or histamine reactionsโespecially for first-timers. This typically eases within 3โ5 maintenance visits.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits: 50% deposit is required for all appointments. Upon successful completion of your service the remaining balance is to be paid. However if you no show/cancel without 24 hour notice the cancellation policy is then enforced. Deposits are ONLY TRANSFERABLE when rescheduling 24+ hours in advance. Aside from that deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. LATE POLICY: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, it will be cancelled/recorded as a no show. CANCELLATIONS: I require 24 HOUR notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. NO CALL NO SHOWS ARE NOT TOLERATED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PRE-PAY IN FULL for future services. Thank you <3
